Third Party Freight Service Codes
This topic provides a listing of the freight service codes that are available to you in KommerceServer when using third party interfaces. Refer to the freight provider's website for more information on the freight service codes they support.
KommerceServer supports integration with the following third party freight providers:
FedEx
The following section describes the FedEx Freight Ship Via mapping codes. You must have a valid FedEx account with a valid API access key in order to use real-time FedEx freight quotes.
Freight Method Provider Service Codes for FedEx
Each Ship Via record associated with the FedEx carrier code must have a valid FedEx Service Code. The service code is a field that can be sent from the back office via the KS_FREIGHT export API. If you are using Kourier Integrator for the integration between the back office and KommerceServer website, a Data Lookup is typically used to map the internal Ship Via codes to the FedEx Service Code. Following is a list of valid FedEx Service Codes.
